Q2:Why does the machine prompt “add water” even though water tank is already full?
A：For the first use, if the filter is blocked or the pipes inside the machine are too dry to release bubbles, remove and clean the filter in the tank, refill with water, and turn the unit on and off several times for 5 minutes each. This should resolve the issue. If not, contact Gevi’s service support for further assistance.
Q3:Why the water keep flowing during ice making process?
A:To prevent freezing due to excessive cold, the machine runs a 5 – minute water flow process every 4.5 hours to lower the core temperature and then automatically resumes ice making.
Q4:Why the machine have very loud noise during ice making process?
A:After prolonged use, scale will accumulate inside the machine, causing the ice engine to freeze and produce abnormal noise. Follow the instructions to run a cleaning process using descaling powder.
Q5:Why the machine does not making ice or ice capacity is very low？
A:Ensure sufficient space around the machine’s vents for heat dissipation. High internal temperatures can impact the ice making capacity.
