If you encounter the problem that the product cannot be ejected when pressing the center of the top of the device with your finger, you can try press evenly the top of the ejecting part with the fingers of both hands. Issues with the Use of the Wireless Charger

Please note that the product only supports wireless charging devices that comply with the Qi protocol, and does not support Magsafe charging devices. Moreover, many electronic devices do not have a built-in Qi wireless charging receiver, and such products themselves do not support wireless charging, so wireless charging cannot be carried out on the top of the product. Secondly, regarding the issue of wireless charging with a mobile phone case, in order to ensure good contact between the device and the wireless charger of the product, it is recommended to remove the mobile phone case before wireless charging. The product does not support charging devices with metal cases or magnetic cases. Before purchasing this product, please confirm that the product supports Qi wireless charging and is a non-Magsafe charging device.

Issues with the USB Charging Power

USB C follows the PD 3.0 protocol. Under the PD 3.0 protocol, for a single charging device, the output current at the corresponding voltage can be achieved. For example, a 5V device can reach 3A, and a 20V device can reach 3.25A. If the device does not support this protocol, or the charging cable cannot support such a large input current, the final charging current of the product may not reach the optimal value. Similarly, USB A follows the QC 3.0 charging protocol, when the device supports this protocol and the charging cable used meets the 3A output requirement, the device can reach the optimal output current of the product.

When charging the device using the USB C and USB A ports, please check the device to ensure that it supports the PD 3.0 and QC 3.0 protocols, and use a USB cable that supports fast charging. If the protocols are not supported, the charging speed may not reach the optimal value.
