This cream is a bit on the pricey side, but it really does seem to work. I happen to have a cluster of breakouts right now, and it’s been working well for me so far. I’ve been using it as kind of a spot treatment too. It really seems to help with the swelling when my pimples are a bit painful, and the redness calms down faster too. The tube is small, but a little goes a long way.
I was a little confused by the listing at first because it claims to help with dark spots too which I find confusing. I do have dark spots, but I haven’t tried it on them yet, so I’m going to start applying some there too, to see if it helps lighten them over time. I think they focusing on it being used for blemishes is their best bet! So far it’s been pretty effective though, so it’s definitely I’ve to keep around for when you need it!

This cream combines multiple ingredients that I already use in other forms, and it appears to be effective for exfoliating my skin and removing blemishes. I have used it for about a week: initially I experienced some redness and dryness, but these effects lessened with each subsequent use. The cream itself is quite thick, almost the consistency of toothpaste. However, it spreads easily and is absorbed by the skin readily. It leaves a mostly-dry, very slightly greasy feel after application. Unfortunately, at the current price it's hard to recommend for only 1 oz (30 g). of product. This is probably best used as a spot treatment rather than for application over large areas, as it will be used up quickly.
